linoleum floor for new kitchen
hello, I'm brand new on the site and want to know if any of you have used linoleum flooring for a kitchen. I will soon renovate an old kitchen in a brownstone about 100 years old. It has open floor plan - the living & dining room have hardwood floors which we'll eventually refinish. Off the kitchen is a 2nd bathroom for guests, etc. who will walk through the kitchen to reach it.
Don't hear much about linoleum from folks who've used it but it sounds like a strong, resilient, environmentally safe product anyone have any experience or thoughts.
Linoleum is a very good product, but not something I would suggest for a DIYer. Vinyl would be far easier.
