linoleum on the bottom and tiles on the top

How can I remove this old tile and linoleum. It is so stuck to the floor guessing it has been there for over 30 years because of the color and print. I have tried scraping it up with a tile scraper and it's coming up in pieces is there a faster way to get it up?

Just keep it damp while scraping. The tile and adhesive probably contain asbestos, so you don't want any dust.
