levelling for tile

I have a question, I have searched but to no avail.

I am installing a bathroom (over concrete) in my basement and was wondering about the SLC and have some questions.

1- does the bomix SLC product need a primer

2- to prevent the SLC from going all over can I silicone the edges of my walls and other framing

3- I will be installing a floor heating system (from Home depot) and was wondering if I need it to be really level or just close enough since there will be lots of mortar afterwards.

I think thats all for now and I thank you in adveance for any responses
