Leveling floor for use with Platon

Hey everyone,

I think I'll be going the Platon & OSB route for my subfloor, but I'm not too sure how to go about leveling my floor. My house is about 18 years old and the concrete isn't very level. Can I insert wooden shims between the platon and OSB or is there something else I can use?

Thanks!
