Leveling floor first or putting up sheet rock?

I am remodeling my bathroom. The floor is unlevel (and I also think the floor near the toilet is water damaged). My plan is to level the floor by taking up the plywood that has been put over the subfloor. I also have to replace a wall with sheet rock.

What should be done first: leveling the floor or putting up the sheet rock? The following is a pic of the floor. The forefront subfloor seems to be in good shape (though I will be able to tell more once I get the plywood off of the rest of the floor).

Fix the floor first, no sense risking a ding of the new DW while demoing the floor.

Like already mentioned, level the floor first. Make sure to replace any water damaged wood flooring. It will be alot easier to do the floor if the new drywall isn't already in place.

Thank you all. That is what I was planning!!! (just wanted to get some confirmation) Hopefully, there isn't any damage to the floor under the toilet, but..........

Again, thanks all!!
