Leak in bathroom wet cement, best way to dry it out

I rent out my basement and the caulking came up in the bathroom and water got under the vinyl. I guess its been 2-3 months with water underneath. She just told me and I am not to happy obviously.

I know I have to take up the vinyl to dry out the cement but what is the best way and how long will it take to dry out?

Any help is much appreciated.

With all due respect, no one over the Internet can answer that question with any certainty.

Variables would include the size of the bath, the amount of water that leaked, the humidity level of your basement and so on.

I'd take up the vinyl and set up a fan, and perhaps a dehumidifier and keep an eye on things.

It may turn out to be no big deal
