Leak at Basement Rim Joist when it rains

When it rains I get a leak at the basement rim joist. The joist looks ok but the subflooring under the bathtub is rotted. How do I stop the leak?

Leak at Basement Rim Joist when it rains

Where is the water coming from----Post pictures of the outside of the house in that area---could be:

lack of tyvec or tar paper

bad window install

bad siding

porch connection

to many possibilities and to little info.
