Lap marks in refinished floor

I recently had my wood floors sanded and refinished using the Bona water based products.

There are a few visible lap marks in the polyurethane after the last coat went on.

Is there any way to get rid of these marks without rescreening the entire floor?

Will these lap marks fade a little over time?

Thanks for the help.

waterbased clear coats are bad about that. Is it a sheen difference you're seeing or just the visable height of the lap from the rest of the floor? Sheen will "die down" some but if it's a noticeable difference in thickness, sanding it down is the only option.
