Laminate wood flooring

I am installing laminate wood flooring in my living room and through the hall. I am having a problem figuring out how to place it around the rail and stair rail dowels. Any help would be Great!!
Thanks,
Rich

Laminate wood flooring

The only way I know is to cut the dowels and redrill the new floor.
It can get tricky.
