Laminate Flooring Squeaks

I can understand why company don't want to set the toilet... because it is liability situation... if a toilet is not set properly... leak can results thousands of dollars damage... consider the subflooring/joists being damage by the dirty stuff...... in a company standpoint... they want that to be done by a license plumber.

on the other hand.... not covering the edge by quarter round is totally unacceptable... may be the flooring people can say this is extra ... but they cannot say it is the way it is..... just BS...
