Laminate flooring over tile

I want to install a laminate floor in the basement. The basement now has 'prees & tile' installed over sealed concrete for the last 30 years. Do I have to install a vapor barrier or is the previously installed tile sufficient?

Laminate flooring over tile

Most manufacturers require an isolation membrane of some kind, usually theirs. Follow directions. To not install one may void the warranty.
