Laminate flooring in basement

I'm in the process of finishing the basement in one of my houses. I have a 10x10 room which will be used as an office. The basement has never had moisture problems and the concrete floor in this room is very flat and smooth. I am wondering if is sufficient to simply lay foam underlay with vapor barrier on the concrete and then install flooring? or do I need something more? I need to do this as cost effectively as possible, so what are your thoughts?

I agree, as long as you have the vapor barrier, you should be fine.
