Laminate Flooring

Hi everybody; My first time here. I recently retired and purchased a manufactured home. Built in 1994. 3 beds and 2 baths, with a woodburning fireplace. Pretty cool. I gutted almost everything inside and am now putting it all back together. Drywall, electrical, and paneling.

The house sits on cinder block piers approx. 4feet off a poured concrete slab, and a cinder block wall surrounds the whole house looking as if it had a block foundation. This house was delivered via expressway in two halfs. The joists are 2X6 16" on center in a metal frame work. The sub-floor is 3/4" particle board. It's straight and level as can be. So far I'm impressed with the joint.

I want to know if I should install 1/2" particle board over the 3/4" and start laying down my Quit Walk Floating Floor Underlayment and SHAW Glueless Laminate Flooring? Thank you, Restomod 69

The 1/2" is not needed. Go ahead and put down your underlayment and start installing the floor.
