Laminate flooring

I have a room that is 13'8" x 20' and also I have a hall running off of that room that is 3' wide and 18' long. My question is which way looks the best running the fooring down the hall, horizontal or veridical?

You will want to run it the longest way of the room, less wast. Offset your seams 12" and keep 1/4" perimitaer space between LAM & wall.
