laminate floor transitions
Hello, this is my first thread. I have laid Pergo laminate flooring in my living room and hallway on a concrete slab. In order to install the transition pieces, I need to drill holes (many of them since I have 6 transitions to put in) into the concrete floor for the metal channels. I'm having a difficult time of this. Is it my drill or the bits I used? I have tried two drills and titanium and masonry drill bits without success. Has anyone used adhesive to install these channels? Help!
Thanks, Mike |

yes, a good construction adhesive like liquid nails is all you need.
drilling and screwing is way overkill. |
