Konecto and OSB

Hi all, I am new to this forum and realize that there is quite a bit of info already out there concerning Konecto, but I still have some questions. I ripped out the carpet and am considering using Konecto, has anyone out there had problems installing it directly on OSB? I read their installation guide & it said it was ok, but they also claim you can install in on concrete(cement) and there are obvious problems with that. Also, can you use an underlayment? i was thinking it would help smooth out some of the minor flaws with the OSB, such as seams where the OSB planks meet. Thanks all for you help.

Konecto and OSB

OSB is no problem at all.

You can use an underlayment but it has to be the Konecto VFU underlayment. Anything else can void your warranty. Regular laminate underlayment is too soft and causes indentations. Be careful because I have seen people online selling the wrong underlayment with it. So use the Konecto brand underlayment or nothing at all.
