kitchen flooring
I've been redoing a 100+ yr old house in a sweet mountain town in Montana. It's been a challange for this old lady, but it's progressing nicely. Newest problem - uneven kitchen floor (kitchen, breakfast, laundry and back entry). The good guy I've hired to lay the floor did his best to even it up a bit, but impossible to do unless we did total redo of entire area (cannot afford). He installed 6 in. wood baseboard and there are many places the wood does not meet the floor. How can I (I'm doing the finishing to save money) fill that in? The outside corners scare me the most as what material will square up??? Disaster in my mind right now and I need help.
My first time using this venue - what's a thread? |
