Just moved in

Just moved into a new house, new for us anyway. The preveous owner did some realy nice updates and some prety shabby ones. They laid ceramic tile in the kitchen without putting a proper sub floor in. I am not sure how long ago they did it, I have found on cracked tile and one slightly loose one, can I replace these tiles? If so is it alot of work? I dont wnat to have to repolace the floor at this time, I would like to wait a couple of years. And when I do replace do I have to move the cabinets and go under or can I just tile around them? I would hate to have to remove the cabinets because they have realy nice granite countertops. Also the made a realy nice dinning room with slate tile and the same thing is happening and when you tap on the tiles alot of them sound hollow. will this last a couple of years?

Thanks in advance

Your doomed!
If you are getting hollow reports now the floor has already failed.
