Insulating a shed floor

I am considering using a 2" foam board insulation under my plywood floor. Do I put the walls on top of the plywood? So... joists, foam, ply, bottom ledger of walls (outside and inside)

Insulating a shed floor

Post a picture of the shed.
In most cases the foam would go between the floor joist not on top of them.
