installing interior basement walls

I have a small 500 sq ft basement I am fixing up. I have laid the Platon subfloor down, insulated the concrete walls and have framed walls along the exterior which will be insulated.
The concrete floor slopes about 3 inches from the concrete walls to the drain area. I plan to secure the Platon subfloor right over the entire concrete floor and will correct the sloping by shimming the plywood floor to level.
My question is the interior framed walls for the bathroom. Should the 2x4 walls be secured atop the Platon subfloor, screwed into the concrete or should I level the plywood floor and attach the 2x4 interior walls to the plywood, not screwed to the concrete.

any help would be appreciate, if photos will help let me know.
