installing dri-core subfloor

I want to install dri-core subfloor 2x2 tiles in the basement. I want to get the dri-core with the insulated pads on the floor, not the one with black bottom. Do i need to install a vapour pads on the floor with the insulated bottom tiles?

Concrete is porous, unless you seal it, water will eventually find a way to permeate to the surface.

So do you want to make a home for mold to grow between your flooring and your concrete pad?
