Question installation of Konecto on basement floors

Is it advisable to install the Konecto floating locking floor system on concrete basement floors? We will be finishing the floor and is this the best choice to make? If not, what are the other choices especially for use in an office space?

It depends on moisture. After installation, Konecto is essentially a big sheet of vinyl that will trap moisture. The product does not breathe. Engineered wood or laminate are other options to consider.
