If your looking for maplastic waterproofing memebrane in Toronto Rona has it

I'm just posting this because I had a hell of a time trying to find some waterproofing stuff for my shower project. I was told about a few different products like Redgard(not available in Canada) and a few others that I couldn't find. I also went to my local tile store adn they said they could get me maplastic but it costs $120 a gallon??rip off.

So anyway i used this stuff called Blue Seal from HD but when I was going to buy grout at Rona the other day I saw Maplastic in that section. I was always looking in the construction material section not the tile/flooring section with the grouts and thinsets. Nobody in any of these stores be it Rona/HD/Lowes knows what this stuff is.

So thats it, if you need it in Toronto go to Rona they have it.

That would have saved me a week of waiting to tile my shower.

Hope thats helps someone out.

Thanks for the help guys. Much appreciated.
