I need bondo help

In the process of applying epoxy to shop floor and used bondo to fill cracks. Didn't put enough hardener in it so its not as hard as it should be. I removed a lot of it but theres still some stuck to concrete. Anybody have any suggestions on how to remove the rest?

I removed the bondo in the cracks but there is still a residue about two inches wide on each side of the crack. I probably have 20 linear feet of cracks. How do I get the residue off of the flat concrete or should I not worry about it and epoxy over it.
