I have plywood floor on my shed.
Will it cause problems if I seal (finish only the top surface) by priming and painting.

What potential problems are you concerned with?

The out house has a plywood floor and it gets painted every so often when we paint anything else around the property. The floor is in good shape, 20 years now.

If the floor is already installed, painting the top side should not create a warping problem. I wouldn't paint one side of plywood that is in sheet form unless I am going to install it soon afterward or it could warp considerably.

I have plywood floor on my shed.
My concern is moisture being absorbed on the unfinished side. It is nailed and may not be a concern, I know that I have heard of not finishing, only one side of wood.
All the input is greatly welcomed. |

I have plywood floor on my shed.
That is the likely concern that I had. Now that it is nailed my thought is to paint the top surface.
