How to tile L-shape floor

Hi, friends. I am about to tile my bathroom in a few days. It's L-shape and I need some tips. The bathroom is not that big. How to lay out my working lines to find the middle of the room? How to start tiling diagonally?

Answering that requires the dimensions of the room--the size of the tile and the width of the grout line.

The tile measured from point to point would also help--location of the toilet ,too.--Mike--
