How long until tiles can have heavy traffic?

Currently installing tiles onto a bathroom floor in the basement. Installing the tiles directly onto concrete using thinset. Center tiles went down Monday, this evening the edge tiles will go down, and Wednesday evening the grout will be complete. How long after this can it have heavy traffic. I am calling it heavy traffic because I have plumbers that need to install a whirlpool, toilet and vanity. They want to start on Friday - is that too soon??? Thanks for your opinions - I don't want to mess up the tile job!!

Lay down plywood, I hear those plumbers can be rough on tile.

We leap frog sheets of plywood when moving safes across tile and it does disperse the weight across the floor quite a bit .

Two and a half days should be enough for the thinset to dry.
