Home Legend Laminate Flooring

Is this flooring pretty good? I know there is better flooring out there, but I think this should be ok to install in my home. But I would like to hear people who have experience with it.

Home Legend Laminate Flooring (Home Depot)
$0.99 per sq foot and it seems pretty scratch resistant.
Resin-Coated Cellulose 7mm x 7-9/16" x 50-5/8"

Anything is better then the old carpet I have in my house right now and to be honest, other better flooring is just too expensive..
