Help wih floor

I currently live in a large home and the framing done on the house is quite terrible. One major problem is that on the first floor of the house the floor is crooked in many places. There are valleys and humps in many places. I was just wondering what would be the best option to level the floor. Is there some sort of floor leveling cement or something that I can have poured over the whole floor to make it level? Or maybe some sort of floor leveling system? I would really like to know a cheap and quick way to level out this floor. The whole first floor will either be all wood floors or maybe some tile Im not sure yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Help wih floor

You can pour a self leveling concrete.
An engineered wood floor can float over it, but cramic needs PERFECTION. Check with the leveler to see if they recommend their product for under ceramic.
