Question

Help with stairs

I just had my stairs from the first floor to the third floor done after removing the carpet and finding nice wood underneath. The stairs came out awesome! My problem is my dog , a Golden Retriever is scared to death to come down now (he's had a couple of slips. Does anyone have a solution as to what I can put on the stairs to make them less slippery for him but not taken away from the way the stairs look now. I paid goood money to have this done. Any help is appreciated.

unless you want to install stair runner and rods then the next best choice is to have pieces of carpet cut to fit the steps, then have a company add no slip grip glued to the back then bind all 4 sides. this will be the most affordable way.
you may also find them pre made online.

Train him with treats. He will have to get used to them.
