Help needed with buckling hardwood floors!


you have to go after the installer.....the woood wasn't conditioned and a moisture test wasn't validated...... the installer put the floor together too tight and because it is a glue down, it can't be repaired....it must be replaced....maybe you should consider an engineered floor like bruce...but do a thurough moisture test to see if the conditions are acceptable and let the new material sit inn your basement opened up and condition it for 30 days...
