Question

Help with gym finish problem!

I own a small gym floor refinishing company and we are having problems with
the gym finish separating after we apply it on a recoat job. Has anyone
had this problem, and how did they correct it? I have been in business for
20 years, and i've never seen it do this. We use an oil modified urethane
product.
