heated floor options

Herc753 Newbie   Join Date: Oct 2011 Posts: 3	heated floor options I am developing my basement and I want to install in floor heating. What is the best option for this? Do I go electric or water? I am doing approx. 800 sq ft which includes a hallway, bedroom, bathroom and common area. It will be layed on top of concrete and then tiled. thoughts?
