They make a special fastener and bracket to screw to the bottom of the floor and the joist.

Sometimes construction adhesive will do the trick

When I was a teenager I learned to sneak around the squeaky floor and which stairs to skip or step lightly on to be a good teenager.

Baby power sprinkled over the floor and swept into the joints sometimes gets rid of squeaks.
