Hardwood Flooring for a Restaurant

Does anyone have an idea of the best way to put hardwood floring down in a restaurant? I am worried about water seapage because it is a bar. Is it better to glue or nail?

I guess it'll depend on the sub floor... ie; concrete, plywood, etc...

But eitherway, make sure no one wet mops which is very common in commercial spaces...

Have you considered the ceramic tile that looks like wood? I dont have a brand name for you, but I have seen it up close and it looks great. It would probably stand up to the traffic and cleaning much better than wood.
