hardwood


how much does finishing ie;sanding,staining and oil based urathane cost me to pay a finisher/ for 1800 sq.ft.

Hello Grampie Lyle and welcome to the best dary DIY'r site on the web.

Not really a good question for an open forum such as this.

I have seen floor sanding services range from $1.50/ft2 to $3.50/ft2 and then the finishing on top of that. I would imagine the more the contractor has to do, such as remove and replace baseboards has alot to do with pricing.

I would call a local flooring company or (3) and get some quotes.
