Hard rubber cushion spacers for subflooring?

I'm building a subfloor over a cement garage floor.

Plan to lay down 6mil poly and using a 2x6 subfloor over that. But I want the hard rubber spacer type cushion blocks that help prevent sound transmission from between the garage floor and subfloor.
I can't for the life of me find the correct "term" to google to purchase these though?
