going rate of tile laying

wondering if i could get a couple of people from around the U.S. to give me their takes on the going rate of laying ceramic tile both on floor and walls. Started my own business know how to do it but have no idea what to charge. I understand that prices vary for where you live so if you give me an idea of the area that price would be reasonable in i can figure out a decent rate here. thanks

going rate of tile laying

Alaska:
Depends on Ceramic or Porcelain or Natural Stone.
Also depends on Deco's used.
6-12 per square foot and up.

Are you supplying adhesive and grout?
Are you supplying concrete board and installing it?

hope that helps
