Getting wood floors finished.

I am moving into my new house Oct 28, wondering what I should look for in a company that will sand, and finish them. Are they all the same? how do I know who to hire, thanks all.

No, they're not all the same.

Check references. Compare the finishes each company proposes using.
Ask for proof of liability insurance and actually call their insurance company to verify it. Check court records on line to see if they've been sued and for what.
