Garage floor steam cleaning
The last time I washed and cleaned my garage floor, it worked well with a squeegee but a lot of the water went under some cabinets and was hard to dry. Right now there is a lot of construction in my subdivision (its new) so my wife tracks a lot of mud from the road into the garage especially when it rains. Instead of pulling out the squeegee and water hose every weekend, I'd like to use some kind of steaming/vacuuming system. The floor has that clear, smooth coating on it. What would be a good steaming vacuuming system to use? Something that maybe pulls water through it while grabbing mud and dirt as it goes. This would be very convenient for me.

I hope I'm making sense :)

Happy Holidays!

Try a local tile and grout cleaning service. They clean tiles the same way you are looking for.

Thanks! I was hoping to be able to buy some type of tool/vacuum to do it myself. I swear I've seen things in the past that use steam and suck it in a vacuum at the same time (to prevent a lot of moisture) but I can't find anything like it anymore.
