garage floor refinish
my garage floor is a mess! spalled, cracked etc. it needs resurfacing, bad! what's the best stuff to use? how should the surface be prepared? I tried some paint made for garage floors awhile back with crummy results. (had to remove it with a power washer) how about this "espartic" covering I've heard about? can I buy it or does a pro have to do it?
tnx, |

garage floor refinish
Do a search for polyaspartic polyurea.
There are some that say it's ok but many say no. If your floor is in bad shape there might be some pro's out there that can fix it but from what I've read it's cheaper to tear it up and put in a new floor. A LOT cheaper. I'd disregard the warranty claimed on any one-day floor fix.
