Garage floor

Hello all,
I have a garage floor with a very rough, pitted concrete floor. Several attempts to paint and/or seal has not produced lasting results. Any thoughts on using an asphalt sealer product on a concrete surface ?
Thanks in advance for any comments
Ray

...and how is that going to improve anything?

You could cap it with Self Levelling Compound but all of the previous crap would have to be removed first.

There are Self Levellers that would allow acid staining also. Even decorative impressions in the surface could be achieved.

Self-leveling compounds generally aren't advisable for novices to use. People think "self-leveling" = easy, but that's far from the case, much of the time.

I guess the only improvement would be No More Dust ! Wonder how paint would adhere to it after a time...
Thanks guys

OK now I'm confused! Aren't you the same raymojac that said:

If you are asking about painting the asphalt...forget that! And...if you haven't been happy with paint in the past why would you be happy with paint now?

I'm thinking I'll move on.
