Folex Carpet Cleaner on pet urine

Has anyone ever used? Does it only get the stain out and not the smell?

If I use this to get the stain out should I use odorban after or just skip the Folex and go straight to the Odorban.

Folex Carpet Cleaner on pet urine

Use an enzyme-based pet-mess cleaner. All pet stores, and most grocery stores carry them. You soak the carpet down to the pad, let it sit for a while, then blot it up. The enzymes will break down the pet smell, though you may need to perform several applications. If any stain remains, then hit it with the Folex.

Rather than blotting, I like to use a small Bissel machine to suck up any liquid from the carpet. It leaves less detergent behind, which can make stains reappear down the road.
