In my kitchen and den, I have ceramic tile..It sweats and always looks dirty.I bought a dehumidifier and within 8 hrs, it has reached it 25 pint capacity..Is this normal, what makes the floors sweat so bad

Floors sweat

Moisture is coming from somewhere. Either from the conditioned (I am assuming this is an A/C space) air or from the ground. There are a lot of possible causes. Is your AC properly sized? If it is oversized then you aren't pulling out as much moisture as you should be. Where do you live? Do you open exterior doors/windows frequently to allow large bursts of warm, moist air inside? If you live in a very wet climate, is there proper drainage from your slab? Are you on a slab, or a crawl space.

Guess what I am trying to say is that there needs to be some additional info. Let's start with -

1. How old is the house?
2. Slab or raised foundation?
3. AC sizing?
4. Where do you live?
