Flooring for Unheated Space
 

I have a space that is only used May through October. During that period the space is heated and air conditioned as needed. The present floor is carpet over concrete. Never a moisture problem in 17 years. I would like to replace the carpet and would like to know my options, other than new carpet. My place is in N.W. Michigan.
