Flooring tool advice

Hey everyone so I'm going to lay floating laminate wood flooring. I have seen alot of guys using different saws for these type projects.
I do plan on doing more DIY projects at home. That being said what saw would you guys suggest? Is there a saw that does it all?

Just looking for a little direction.

Use a Skill Saw---with a cutting box---

That stuff kills blades instantly--
