flooring over tile floor can I do that?

I need to know if I can put a Genesis advanced locking system wood floor over a tile floor without taking it out? It says where to install (over most existing dry, flat and well bonded floors. I think the tile floor is well bonded. But I don't know if its strong enough... Anyone experienced with flooring please help...

If you are talking about vinyl or similar tile, it is OK if the tile is not curling at the edges, no bubbles.
