Flooring issues
 
i am having polished pocelain tiles 24 by24 is that to big for an average size kitchen. 2_i hate grout lines can i have it laid without grout lines

Tile that big are going to require an extreamly solid subfloor and wide floor joists.
What the width of the floor joist, spans, spacing, subflooring?

yeah if you dont have a firm subfloor, and it gives at all when you walk, like it does with plywood, your tiles will crack. and the grout is there to seal it against moisture, especially in a kitchen. If you dont do grout, be prepared for mold.
