Question

Flooring flexitec vs marmoleum

I'm getting ready to remove an old linoleum floor from an upstairs bathroom. I don't want to put down tile for several reasons. I've looked at flexitec product and I've done some reading on marmoleum. What are the pros and cons? Easy to maintain, durability, scratching, toxicity level etc...
Should I get a professional to install?

Flooring flexitec vs marmoleum

Flexitec is a DIY product. Easy to install, but will not last as long as Marmo. Marmo is more expensive, is better left to a professional to install and should last many years longer.
