Flooring or Door Jambs first

I am working on a remodel of our cabin and we have completely gutted the main floor. I curious about opinions on whether to install the door jambs (pre hung doors) first and then the flooring or flooring and then jambs.

Some additional details:
- Once installed the jambs will be stained in place
- I am concerned that the jambs will need to be cut on one side or the other to make the door square
- The flooring prefinished 9/16" engineered hardwood

I would first have all the ceilings, trim and walls primed and painted.
Install the floors, then the trim.
This way there's no having to under cut the jams or casing, there will be no seams showing under the doors, no having to fight getting the flooring under the trim.
I also would prestain the trim before installing it, if not your going to be fighting to keep the strain off of the walls and flooring.

ditto on what Joe said. You mentioned you were concerned about having to trim a jamb leg to square up a door. Are the floors off that much? Before you hang each door, put a level on the floor and see how much they are off. Trim the high side jamb. Easy enough to do.
